Tennessee’s Largest Corn Maze Is Now Open Just 45 Minutes From Columbia

If you’re looking for some family fall fun without having to travel far, head east to Chapel Hill, where Nash Family Creamery is welcoming visitors to Tennessee’s largest corn maze.

The 18-acre attraction is back for the 2026 fall season and offers plenty to do at the fourth-generation dairy farm, making it an easy day trip from Columbia. The maze is open now through November 1.

The maze is the centerpiece of the fall season and is divided into three interconnected sections. This year it includes a design celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States, with the Nash Family Creamery initials and American flag elements worked into the layout.

Don’t worry about getting completely turned around. Visitors receive maps and can use orientation checkpoints throughout the maze, allowing you to decide how much of a challenge you want. Children under 16 must have an adult with them, and the maze closes at sunset.

There are also select nights when the maze stays open for a flashlight experience, which requires a separate ticket. Dogs are allowed outdoors on the property as long as they remain leashed and owners clean up after them.

The corn maze isn’t the only reason to make the trip. You can also take a tour of the working dairy farm, visit the creamery and country market, and grab some of the homemade treats Nash Family Creamery is known for.

The 2026 corn maze runs through Sunday, November 1, with regular hours Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. until sunset. The farm is closed on Mondays.

Corn maze tickets are $13 for adults, $9 for children ages 5-12, and free for children 4 and under, plus fees. Tickets are reserved for a specific date and arrival time.

Gov. Lee, BNA Announce Proposal to Rename Airport in Honor of Dolly Parton

Today, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee and Nashville International Airport®, also known as BNA®, announced their intent to name BNA in honor of Dolly Parton, creating a lasting tribute to her indelible legacy and the generations of people she inspired across Tennessee and around the world.

Gov. Lee spoke with Dolly’s team about the proposal this week. Her team expressed their appreciation for the extraordinary outpouring of support to honor Dolly and said they are touched by the idea and open to continuing the conversation. In keeping with the way Dolly lived her life, her team believes she still has a special way of bringing people together for good, and they hope this tribute can be another example of that enduring legacy.

“Dolly Parton’s extraordinary life is forever woven into the fabric of our state,” said Gov. Lee. “From her rural mountain home in East Tennessee to global stages, Dolly carried the Volunteer Spirit with her. At a place where Tennessee welcomes the world, it is fitting that Nashville International Airport would bear the name of our state’s favorite daughter and greet travelers with the enduring legacy of Dolly’s music, generosity, faith, and kindness.”

The Metro Nashville Airport Authority’s (MNAA) current Naming Policy and Gov. Lee’s proposal to rename the airport will be addressed at MNAA’s meeting on Thursday, September 17. More details will be announced in the coming weeks.
