Demand Doubles at The Well Outreach: 83 Families Served in a Single Saturday

From The Well Outreach’s post…
83 FAMILIES IN NEED came to the Well today. That’s 100% MORE than our normal Saturday serving number.
They were seen, loved, and served with dignity.
But we need your help… The Well Outreach can’t do this work without you. That’s double the amount of food, and double the amount of volunteers that we would normally need to do this work.
Please consider joining the work of The Well Outreach as we go through this time of snap funding cuts. There are three ways you can help:
FUNDING: ($30 feeds a family, $300 feeds 10 families) Give here.
VOLUNTEER: The Well needs 400 volunteers a week and probably more now to keep up with this increase need. Please consider attending one of our walkout volunteer orientations at either of our campuses on Wednesday at 2:30 PM. We also offer a second orientation at our Springhill campus on Wednesdays at 5 PM.
FOOD: please consider helping us with food. You can schedule a food drive here.
The most needed items for November:
Cereal / Oatmeal
Pancake mix / Syrup
Peanut Butter / Jelly
Can Protein
Stuffing / Gravy
1/2 Gallon Milk
Sugar / Flour 2 lbs
Ramen Noodles
Dry Bean / Can Beans
All Soups
Thank you and God Bless,
