Grecian Family Restaurant To Host 7th Annual Free Thanksgiving Dinner
The Grecian Family Restaurant and Bakery in Spring Hill will host their 7th annual free Thanksgiving Dinner again this year.
“We will be serving all first responders that work this day, people who working at the Emergency Rooms, people less fortunate, people that are sick, can't drive or can't cook, elderly or just alone. Nobody need to be alone or not having a warm Thanksgiving meal this day.”
Food will be served from 11 AM to 3 PM on Thanksgiving Day (11/28)
2003 Wall Street, Spring Hill
Why does Grecian Host a Free Thanksgiving Meal?
For many individuals, Thanksgiving is one of the only times that extended families are able to come together. This is incredibly important because it provides the opportunity for family members to spend a day engaging with one another in a very intentional way.
That’s a wonderful thing... if you have a family and a home and money to put together a Thanksgiving meal, or if you are not working that day... but what about if you are alone, or sick, or you have no money to provide your family with a Thanksgiving meal, or you have no home?
What about if you are a first responder and you have to work to help people and you have to be away from your family?
So we open Grecian’s doors on Thanksgiving day and we are having dinner as a family with our community! With all these people who for some reason they needed to be there!
We are thankful that we are able to do that and so grateful for all the volunteers and the people who donate food or money for that dinner!
See you all on Thanksgiving day, at Grecian, so we can have dinner as a big family!!
I hope my parents and my brother are happy for us in heaven, knowing, we are not spending Thanksgiving alone!!
Please sign up if you would like to volunteer and/or for food donations, to help us offer the people of our local community a nice Thanksgiving Dinner. Please bring food donations to Grecian Restaurant, 2003 WALL STREET, SPRING HILL, TN.
PLEASE CALL 615-302-4808 FOR DAYS AND TIMES FOR DROP OFF
Sign up here for food donations *We are still in need of extra Turkeys, Pies, Cranberry Sauce, and French Fried Onions
If you like to dine in or pick up, you don't have to do anything prior to that day! Just come and enjoy!
Let's make Thanksgiving this year, a day full of memories and giving!!!
