The Tilted Mule Bids Farewell: Last Day of Service on October 5th

From The Tilted Mule’s Facebook post on Thursday:

We regret to announce The Tilted Mule will be permanently closing its doors on Sunday, October 6th.

The creation of The Tilted Mule has been a labor of love, and we have been fortunate to witness countless memories unfold within our space. From the delectable food and drinks to the incredible entertainment, we have always aimed to cultivate an atmosphere where camaraderie thrives.

After much thought and reflection, we have arrived at the difficult choice to close The Tilted Mule. This was not an easy decision, but we believe it is the right one for us at this time.

As we approach our final day, we would be honored to say farewell to each of you. It means a lot to us to have the opportunity to personally express our gratitude for being part of our journey.

We have been blessed with wonderful customers who have become family to us. Your laughter, stories, and support have made our time here immeasurably special. Each interaction has enriched our experience and created a vibrant community we will cherish forever.

While this chapter is coming to a close, the memories and friendships forged at The Tilted Mule will always hold a special place in our hearts. We are deeply thankful for the experiences and connections we've built along the way.

We want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who has been part of this remarkable journey. The support and loyalty from our customers, employees, and entertainers is truly overwhelming. Thank you for your steadfast encouragement, and we hope to see you one last time before we say goodbye.

With love & gratitude,

Kevin & Christina Pierce & The Tilted Mule crew

We encourage you to show this business some love throughout the next week!

🏐 Saturday: Hustle Factory Volleyball Club Hosts Tryouts in Spring Hill and Columbia

Are you looking for a place where young athletes can grow not only in their volleyball skills but also as individuals? Discover Hustle Factory Volleyball Club (HFVC).

Located at Hustle Factory Sports Complex in Spring Hill and their new branch in Columbia, HFVC offers an inclusive environment for girls ages 7-18 to thrive both on and off the court.

Founded in 2022 by Tim Cooper, HFVC aims to inspire and challenge players, fostering growth in all aspects of life. Tim’s extensive background, including playing and coaching volleyball for nearly a decade, informs the club’s holistic approach. His experiences range from coaching beginners to college athletes and even leading teams in international competitions in Thailand and West Africa.

“Hustle Factory helped our daughter grow in her confidence as an athlete. She was taught skill and was challenged in ways that made her want to improve.”
-Katie Day (parent)

“Our club is distinctive from other volleyball and youth sports clubs in that we are focused on the individual’s holistic development. While developing their athletic skills is a priority for our club it does not override the importance of character development and helping them to mature into kind, responsible and confident adults. We believe that a coach is able to connect with young athletes in a way parents, teachers and peers cannot. Our coaches are trained and encouraged to look for teachable moments and to develop healthy coach/player relationships throughout the season.

Keeping volleyball affordable and accessible is one of our priorities and we are proud to say we have not raised our club costs in 3 seasons. Over 50% of our families chose to participate in fundraisers last season which helped cover a significant portion of their athletes club dues.”

“When we were just bringing our daughter for tryouts I was so impressed that after one day the coaches were calling the girls by name and other girls were actually encouraging each other rather than competing against one another.”
-Katie Day (parent)

“I have grown so much since starting at Hustle Factory two years ago. It has helped me to grow in confidence in my abilities on and off the court. The coaches and my teammates have taken great care to help me improve my strengths and weaknesses. It has helped create a growth in trusting my teammates to have my back. This program has built bonds and relationships that will last a lifetime for me. I love my coaches and I love my teammates that have become friends. It has also helped me with my discipline within myself.”
