400 Free A/C Units Given to Local Residents in Clarksville

Here’s a positive story from just up the road…
The United Way of Greater Clarksville, the Clarksville-Montgomery Public Library System, and Electrolux collaborated to distribute 400 free air conditioning units to local residents, just in time for the triple-digit temperatures this week.
The distribution of the units sparked emotional reactions from some recipients, highlighting the impact of the initiative. Valerie Guzman, executive director of the United Way of Greater Clarksville, emphasized that helping people and making their day a bit better is the core reason for her work. She believes that even small steps can lead to meaningful progress for those in need.
