A Weekend of Music at The Mulehouse with Hippies and Cowboys, Revelry and Yacht’s Landing

From The Mulehouse website:
The Mulehouse is thrilled to announce Hippies and Cowboys will be kicking off our Mule Day 2024 celebration! They have been selling out shows throughout Nashville so let's do the same in Columbia!
Hippies and Cowboys are a rock n' soul band originating here in Nashville, TN! Bringing back a taste of southern rock, blues and soul. It's a sound that's defied the test of time. Inspiration comes from the likes of Sam and Dave, The Blues Brothers, Booker T & The MG's, Otis Redding, and Marvin Gaye to Aerosmith, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Eagles , The Beatles, Tom Petty, The Rolling Stones and CCR. Early tracks were recorded in the iconic studios of Muscle Shoals, Alabama: Fame, East Avalon, and Noise Block.
Hippies and Cowboys released their debut live album, Live at Fox & Locke, to the world on October 2023. Listen to it here.
OPENING ACT: REVELRY!
Revelry is a hard hitting rock band out of Murfreesboro, TN that has thunderous rhythms, screaming guitar licks, and smokey southern vocals. They have played in sold out shows throughout the region as well as had opening slots for Shooter Jennings and Yelawolf at the sold out show at the famed Ryman Auditorium. Listen to their latest release here.

From The Mulehouse website:
Yacht's Landing is the perfect way to spend a Saturday evening in Columbia! Formerly booking themselves as Live From Ventura Boulevard, this band decided to jump into the marina head first and Yacht’s Landing was born. The band consists of experienced touring veterans from Nashville who have trafficked in the world of Yacht Rock for many years. When not entertaining crowds in their newly acquired 70’s attire, you might find these smooth rockers sharing the stage with Kenny Loggins, Christopher Cross, Peter Cetera, Dave Jenkins from Pablo Cruise, David Foster, Jason Scheff (formerly of Chicago), and even American Idol winners Carrie Underwood and David Cook.
Pop music in the late seventies gave us some unforgettable melodies, instrumental hooks, and arrangements performed by some of the greatest musicians and vocalists who have ever lived. Yacht’s Landing will take you back to that era with a set list filled with an eclectic blend of Power Pop, Top 40, as well as some high-end AOR (Album Oriented Rock) gems to keep the good vibes flowing all night long.
